Ingredients:

1 lb. Clifford Farm Bacon or Caputo's Speck
2 large heirloom tomatoes from your favorite farmer or garden
1 generous handful greens or lettuce
4 slices Beehive Promontory Cheddar cheese
Wilsons Wicked Mustard, to taste
Gold Creek Farms butter, to taste
salt to taste
8 slices Eva's Bakery sandwich bread or local bread of your choice

Directions:

Cook bacon until crispy; set aside on paper towels to drain. Slice tomatoes to desired thickness. Toast bread. Slather with condiments of choice. Assemble sandwich ingredients and eat immediately!

For a no-carb option, forgo the bread entirely and eat over greens.
