Cucumber Soup

  • 3-4 cucumbers, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 white onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups buttermilk (Rosehill Dairy)
  • 1 Tblsp. grated horseradish
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper if you're not hardcore local!

Puree all ingredients in blender till blended and frothy. Chill. Drink. Yumm.
